We're seeking an entrepreneurial Full Desk Recruiter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to drive results. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating position where you'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from business development to candidate placement—while being compensated heavily on performance.


## What You'll Do


**Business Development & Client Acquisition**

- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and market research

- Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs, culture, and business objectives

- Present our recruitment solutions and build compelling business cases for partnership

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure new contracts


**Client Relationship Management**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, building trusted advisor relationships

- Regularly engage with clients to anticipate hiring needs and provide strategic workforce planning insights

- Ensure exceptional service delivery that drives client retention and generates referrals

- Expand accounts through upselling additional services and increasing fill rates


**End-to-End Recruitment Execution**

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from intake through candidate placement

- Leverage AI-powered tools to source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates efficiently

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks

- Guide candidates and clients through offer negotiations and onboarding


**Revenue Generation**

- Own your book of business and quarterly/annual revenue targets

- Utilize AI technology to maximize efficiency, increase placements, and scale your productivity

- Track pipeline metrics and continuously optimize your sales and recruitment strategies


## What We're Looking For


**Essential Qualifications**

- 3+ years of full desk recruiting experience or proven success in a sales/business development role

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals

- Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates

- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset


**Desired Skills**

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
