As a Staff Frontend Software Engineer at Dynamic, you will play a critical role in developing developer-facing SDKs and user-facing applications that facilitate seamless wallet integrations. Your work will directly influence how developers and end-users interact with wallets across various platforms, shaping the future of digital money and identity technologies. Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years of frontend engineering experience, with a strong focus on production-grade React applications and JavaScript SDKs
- Proven experience architecting and scaling complex frontend systems emphasizing performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling and patterns
- Experience working directly with developer tools or SDKs, supporting engineers through documentation and tooling
- Strong product sense with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver end-to-end features in collaboration with product and design teams
- Experience contributing to full-stack systems, APIs, or infrastructure, with a comfort level working across the stack
- Excellent communication skills, thriving in async and remote-first environments, and capable of working within small, fast-moving teams
- Passion for Web3, identity technologies, and building foundational developer tools
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable frontend architecture and SDKs using React and TypeScript
- Optimize JavaScript applications for performance, reliability, and bundle size to ensure a seamless user experience
- Contribute to backend development as needed, including APIs (Node.js), infrastructure (CDK), and data management
- Engage directly with customers and developers to support the deployment and usage of Dynamic’s SDKs in production environments
- Shape the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for Dynamic’s frontend and SDK platforms
- Develop comprehensive documentation and tooling to support developer adoption and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with business goals
- Competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and location
