The Frontend Engineer is a hands-on role responsible for translating designs into polished, production-ready interfaces. You'll work primarily from Figma specs to build pixel-perfect (or near-pixel-perfect) UIs for client platforms, internal tools, and B2B SaaS products. Most of our frontend work involves clean, functional interfaces—tables, dashboards, forms, and admin panels—where the goal is fidelity to design, solid functionality, and maintainable code.
- Translate Figma designs into high-fidelity React implementations
- Build and maintain frontend components across client-facing SaaS products, proprietary internal software, and more
- Ensure UI/UX consistency across pages and components within platforms
- Structure code into clean, reusable hooks, components, and patterns
- Write maintainable, well-organized React/TypeScript code that other engineers can easily work with
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver complete features
- Participate in all stages of product development: design review, implementation, debugging, testing, and launch
- Own the stability and quality of the features you build
- Contribute to frontend best practices and component libraries
- 2+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Solid foundation in HTML and CSS
- Ability to implement designs with high fidelity from Figma or similar design tools
- Experience building functional, polished UIs for web applications
- An eye for detail and commitment to quality - you notice when spacing is off or interactions feel wrong
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
- Experience with React Query or similar data-fetching libraries
- Exposure to server-side rendering or static site generation (Astro, Next.js)
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with GraphQL
- React Native or mobile development experience (Swift)

- Your code is clean, well-structured, and easy for other engineers to maintain and extend
- Features you build are functional, polished, and require minimal QA cycles
- You work efficiently, balancing speed with attention to detail
- You proactively flag design ambiguities or implementation challenges before they become blockers
- You collaborate smoothly with backend engineers and stakeholders to ship complete features on time
- Fully remote role (Canada) — core hours 9am–6pm EST
