Position: Frontend Developer (Vue.js)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30 - $70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend solutions using Vue.js and React.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into elegant, responsive web interfaces.
- Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and mentor teammates where appropriate.
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver cohesive product experiences.
Requirements
- Have extensive expertise in JavaScript, with a deep understanding of ES6+ features.
- Have proven professional experience with Vue.js, building and maintaining complex applications.
- Possess solid hands-on experience working with React in production environments.
- Have strong CSS/SCSS skills, including knowledge of responsive design techniques.
- Be familiar with modern frontend build tools and version control systems such as Webpack and Git.
