Role Responsibilities
- Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world concierge workflows
- Apply professional hospitality and guest services experience to create realistic scenarios
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI understanding of concierge services and decision-making
- Review and refine task content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
- Collaborate asynchronously with researchers through structured written input
Requirements
- Strong experience working as a Concierge
- Strong experience delivering high-quality guest services and handling complex requests
- Ability to translate job-specific knowledge into clear, structured questions
- High attention to detail and service accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
