- Effectively manage customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain records of client interactions in our CRM system for seamless communication and follow-ups
- Stay informed about industry trends and destination highlights to offer the best recommendations to clients
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable
- Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous
- A passion for travel and comprehensive knowledge of various global destinations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focused on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications
