- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a support or hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on client satisfaction
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and client interactions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is a plus
