- Provide comprehensive support to French-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat, maintaining professionalism and warmth in each interaction
- Assist customers in understanding our products and services, ensuring clear and helpful communication
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, aiming for high satisfaction rates
- Accurately document customer interactions and ensure follow-ups to meet their needs
- Collaborate with colleagues and various departments to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus
