As a customer service representative, you will assist users in French, providing support and guidance on platform functionalities and best practices.

- Respond to user inquiries regarding social media platform features, policies, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in French
- Assist users in resolving technical issues and provide guidance on best practices for account safety and engagement
- Document user interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on unresolved issues
- Collaborate with community management and technical teams to enhance user satisfaction
- Stay updated on platform changes, features, and community guidelines to offer informed support
- Gather user feedback and report on common issues to help improve the platform experience
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or social media environment
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple user inquiries in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is desirable
- Willingness to relocate or work in Greece and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
