This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food delivery services and providing exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their orders and inquiries while effectively communicating in French.

- Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery issues, and account-related questions via phone, email, and chat in French
- Provide detailed information on menu options, delivery times, and payment issues
- Assist customers in placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Collaborate with delivery teams and other departments to improve service efficiency and customer experience
- Stay informed about the latest promotions, menus, and food delivery trends to provide effective support
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English and/or Greek is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality sector, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and general office software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Possession of a positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service
