- Handle customer inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat in French
- Provide detailed information regarding product features, installation processes, and security protocols
- Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and account management
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex issues and provide timely solutions
- Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, products, and best practices to better assist customers
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sectors
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
