- Manage customer inquiries regarding reservations, bookings, and travel services via phone, email, and chat in French
- Provide exceptional service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction during their travel planning process
- Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and providing information on available properties and services
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
- Stay informed about current promotions, new offerings, and industry trends to provide the best service
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Flexibility to accommodate customer needs, including working evenings and weekends if required
