As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in French, helping them with their booking inquiries, modifications, and any issues they may encounter.

- Provide customers with information about accommodation options, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers in navigating the Booking.com platform and resolving any technical issues
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring a positive experience
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and address customer needs
- Keep up-to-date with company policies, promotions, and travel industry trends to deliver accurate information
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
