- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Adept at handling customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
