- Assist customers with inquiries related to jewelry products, orders, and company policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends, collections, and industry developments
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Experience in customer service or retail, particularly in the luxury goods sector, is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer relationships
