- Handle customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, warranties, and repairs via phone, email, and chat in French
- Provide detailed product information, assist with troubleshooting, and guide customers through the service process
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate records and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical support and sales to enhance the customer experience
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new products, and company offerings to provide accurate information
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered approach
- Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage high volumes of inquiries
- Familiarity with automotive products, services, and CRM systems is desirable
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation expenses will be covered
