- Review short audio transcriptions (:5 seconds) for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Approve correct transcriptions or reject with specific, actionable written feedback.
- Identify and correct errors in punctuation, formatting, and style-guide application.
- Support Analysts through constructive feedback to enhance overall quality.
- Flag recurring issues to the project lead for resolution.
