Position: Cargo and Freight Agents
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $60–$70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design occupation-specific questions and scenarios based on real-world cargo and freight operations experience.
- Apply professional expertise to support AI research focused on logistics, shipping, and freight workflows.
- Translate practical cargo handling, documentation, and coordination knowledge into clear, structured content for AI systems.
- Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project guidelines and timelines.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience as a Cargo or Freight Agent.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding, cargo documentation, and logistics operations.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and structure.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, contract-based environment.
