Join a growing YouTube channel dedicated to recovery and women’s healing, led by a certified addiction counsellor. This role is ideal for a female editor who values authenticity and minimalism in video production. You will collaborate on educational content, primarily talking head or podcast-style videos ranging from 20 to 40 minutes. The focus is on clean edits, subtle teaching point graphics, and simple, professional thumbnails that maintain a calm and genuine tone. This is an ongoing opportunity to contribute to a meaningful curriculum supporting sobriety and wellbeing.

Deliverables

• Edit long-form YouTube videos (20–40 minutes) with clean, seamless cuts
• Add minimal, clear graphics to highlight teaching points
• Design simple, professional thumbnails for each video
• Maintain a calm, authentic, and non-overproduced visual style
• Collaborate on content planning and provide creative input as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of edited videos according to agreed schedules
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience editing YouTube or similar online video content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating minimal, authentic editing style
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Ability to create simple, effective thumbnails
• Excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Female editor required; Canadian-based preferred
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
