This role involves supporting a young content creator by editing engaging videos for a child's YouTube channel, with potential expansion to TikTok and Instagram. The editor will work remotely, collaborating with a parent and their almost 11-year-old son to enhance video quality and help grow his online presence. The ideal candidate will be able to simplify complex editing processes and deliver polished, age-appropriate content. This is a short-term project with the possibility of future assignments based on performance and results.

Deliverables

• Edit and enhance raw video footage for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring content is suitable for a young audience.
• Incorporate fun effects, transitions, and graphics to increase viewer engagement.
• Optimize videos for each platform’s format and requirements.
• Provide guidance on using CapCut and After Effects, making the process accessible for a beginner.
• Deliver final videos within agreed timelines, ready for upload.

• Proven experience editing videos for YouTube and social media, ideally for children or family-friendly channels.
