You’ll shape and run the creative core of a digital marketing strategy aimed at GenZ students and university applicants. From scratch. With full creative ownership.
- Storytelling & Scripting: Craft sharp, engaging storylines for short-form videos about student life and choosing the right degree.
- Viral Thinking: You understand what moves GenZ and GenAlpha – and how to turn that into content that gets views and matters.
- Platform Fit: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts – you know the game, the differences, the hacks.
- AI-Enhanced Production: You’ll use tools like Google Veo3, HeyGen or similar to turn scripts into powerful visuals, fast.
- Editorial Planning: You’ll build and maintain a scalable, data-informed content calendar focused on visibility, impact, and lead generation.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: You’ll track performance of organic content and build quick feedback loops with a regular reporting rythm.
Qualifikation
- You live for stories. You can turn dry facts into scroll-stopping narratives.
- You’ve got instinct. For timing, tone, trends, and formats.
- You can write. Not fluff – the kind of copy that hooks and sticks.
- You’re creative and process-driven. Big ideas plus follow-through.
- You have a track record of working with video editing tools or AI video generators like Veo3, CapCut, HeyGen etc.
- You are fluent / native in German and advanced in English.
- Bonus: You have worked in the field of higher education marketing for universities and/or other educational institutions - but that’s not a dealbreaker.
