North of Normal is a sports-focused creative and production studio working with brands, clubs and rights holders across Europe and the US.
We are looking for a well-connected professional in the Netherlands who can open doors to decision-makers in sports organisations, sponsors or agencies.
This is not a traditional sales role. You make warm introductions. We handle strategy, creative, production and delivery.
What we’re looking for- Existing relationships with sports brands, clubs, federations or agencies
- Senior credibility and commercial awareness
- Independent mindset and ability to work flexibly
- Commission paid on closed projects
- Typical project sizes €25k–€300k+
- Fully remote and flexible
- Long-term partnership focused on real relationships, not outreach volume
