Mission Description
As part of its expansion, Pradeo is looking for a Freelance Sales Director to structure, lead, and accelerate commercial growth in France and internationally.
Your main responsibilities include:
Leadership & Structuring
- Build, support, and upskill a rapidly expanding sales team.
- Implement a scalable commercial organization: processes, CRM tools, KPIs, rituals, qualification and forecasting methods.
- Foster a performance-driven culture while promoting collaboration and autonomy.
Commercial Development & Go-to-Market
- Define and execute an ambitious sales strategy targeting ministries, mid-sized companies (ETIs), and large accounts.
- Lead and support the team on long, complex sales cycles with significant institutional involvement.
- Oversee and optimize responses to RFPs to maximize success rates.
- Structure and animate a partner ecosystem (OEMs, integrators/resellers, MSSPs) to accelerate time-to-market.
- Contribute to the strategic positioning of mobile security offerings in a rapidly evolving market.
Profile Sought
- Experienced freelance professional having worked in a scale-up or hyper-growth environment.
- Proven experience with a cybersecurity software publisher or in cybersecurity services.
- Solid experience in managing sales teams: recruitment, coaching, structuring.
- Mastery of complex sales, particularly with public and ministerial actors.
- Excellent level of English (mandatory).
- French – spoken, written, and read.
- Scale-up mindset: autonomy, agility, hands-on approach, results-oriented, ability to build while executing.
