Mercier Consultancy BG is seeking a proactive Freelance Recruiter who can work remotely and enjoy the freedom to manage their own schedule. This role offers an opportunity to engage with a diverse range of candidates and clients while supporting their recruitment needs across various sectors. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and expectations
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial prospecting through to final candidate placement
• Utilize social media and other online platforms to attract potential candidates
• Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress
• Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated with industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and practices
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and clients
• Ability to balance multiple recruitment projects and adhere to deadlines
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for recruitment purposes
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• A reliable internet connection and a designated workspace for remote work are essential
