Deliverables
- Edit weekly 30-minute podcast episodes, removing dead air, filler words, and background noise
- Level audio volumes and apply light mixing, including adding intro/outro music and transitions
- Create 3–5 short-form video or audio clips per episode for social media promotion
- Ensure all episodes meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule
- Collaborate on creative direction for episode flow and highlight selection
- Proven experience editing podcasts or audio interviews, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or creative sectors
- Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar); experience with Descript is a plus
- Ability to edit Zoom-recorded audio and manage common remote recording challenges
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering clean, professional audio
- Familiarity with creating engaging short-form content for social media platforms
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet weekly deadlines
