The design must maintain an 'Alpine Industrial' aesthetic with subtle old Hollywood influences, ensuring the environment feels welcoming and avoids a warehouse atmosphere despite the 35’ ceiling height. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive floor plan in CAD and a 3D rendering or flythrough, with a focus on maximizing both creativity and functionality within a limited budget. Immediate availability is required due to a tight project timeline.
