Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse positions across multiple industries.
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using modern digital platforms and social networks.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines and professional networks.
- Engage with candidates remotely, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements through effective communication with both candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine recruitment strategies and processes.
- Must-Have: Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, with a strong track record in freelance or commission-based roles.
- Must-Have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at remote engagement and digital sourcing.
- Must-Have: Demonstrated ability in candidate screening, negotiation, and offer management.
- Preferred: Experience working within the Indonesian market and with international talent pools.
- Preferred: Familiarity with advanced candidate sourcing tools and social media recruiting strategies.
