Position Summary

Sacheu is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team on a freelance, full-time basis. This role is primarily focused on digital and performance marketing creative, while also supporting packaging production, regulatory updates, and print-ready asset preparation.

You will work directly with the Art Director to execute digital-first assets across ecommerce, paid media, Amazon campaigns, and social platforms, while also assisting with artwork revisions, packaging updates, and in-store visual merchandising files.

This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented, production-savvy designer who enjoys both creative execution and precise technical work.

Los Angeles-based candidates may work hybrid from our office. Fully remote candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities 


Digital & Performance Creative

  • Design and resize digital assets for ecommerce, paid social, email, SMS, website updates, and retail.com platforms
  • Develop Amazon DSP and PPC campaign creatives (static and video-based)
  • Pull and layout campaign imagery for Amazon ads across multiple dimensions and placements
  • Caption and format UGC videos for paid campaigns (experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus)
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creator teams to source and prepare UGC for campaign use
  • Support digital campaign launches with cohesive asset toolkits

Packaging & Print Production


  • Execute regulatory packaging updates across product assortments (ILs, artwork updates, compliance revisions)
  • Support large-scale packaging refreshes, including updating artwork files and corresponding renders
  • Prepare print-ready files for packaging, visual merchandising, and in-store display assets
  • Ensure all files meet correct specs, dielines, color profiles, and printer/vendor requirements
  • Maintain organized working files and packaging archives

Asset Updates & Production Tasks


  • Update packaging renders to reflect artwork or regulatory changes while maintaining high-resolution, photo-real quality
  • Resize existing creative assets across multiple formats and partners
  • Execute color adjustments and recoloring in Photoshop (e.g., shade strip updates or variant swaps)
  • Ensure all deliverables meet required dimensions, resolution, and export specifications

Qualifications 


  • 1–3 years of graphic design experience (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing creative and production work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience preparing print-ready files and working with dielines
  • Basic understanding of packaging production and regulatory artwork updates preferred
  • Familiarity with Amazon ad formats and performance marketing creative is a plus
  • Basic motion/video editing skills (Premiere Pro or After Effects)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working on production-heavy tasks
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple revisions and timelines
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, with multiple rounds of revisions 
  • Expert working knowledge of die-lines, renderings, mocks, print production, etc. 
  • Extremely organized with an excessive attention to detail, an outstanding communicator, and a solution oriented problem solver by nature 

Position Details 

  • Freelance / Independent Contractor
  • Full-time hours expected
  • Remote or Hybrid (Los Angeles-based candidates may work in-office)
  • Hourly range: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and location
  • This position reports to the Art Director
