We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Freelance Digital Learning & Development Specialist to work with us remotely on project basis!

What you will be doing:

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will support the development of innovative and engaging learning content for all internal trainings at CXG. This role is pivotal in helping us deliver tailored learning experiences to our employees, covering topics such as onboarding, leadership, compliance, and professional development.

You'll work closely with the Chief People Officer to create a diverse library of training content. This content will be accessible to all employees across the globe, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.

Responsibilities:

Content Development: Design and develop digital training modules for CXG employees. This includes:

  • Interactive Media: Design and integrate engaging digital content formats, including videos, podcasts, and interactive activities to create engaging learning experiences
  • Resource Transformation: Convert existing HR training materials (e.g., PowerPoints, PDFs) into structured, visually impactful digital learning modules
  • Trend Research: Stay informed on the latest digital learning trends and help apply innovative techniques to improve the learning experience for employees


Requirements

What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in HR, digital learning or educational engineering at a renowned university or specialized school
  • Prior experience in digital learning is a must


Required skills:

  • A strong project coordination profile with a creative eye
  • Experience in content creation is highly appreciated; familiarity with video editing, figma, canva, and authoring tools is a plus
  • Ability to create visual and impactful presentations in PowerPoint
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of functions
  • Skills in consolidating and summarizing information from varied sources
  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • An open-minded, curious, proactive mindset
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong interest in digital learning and employee development
