We're now looking for a Creative Content Editor to plug into our small but mighty marketing team on a freelance basis.
The Role
You'll work closely with our Head of Growth and Brand team to turn shoot assets and campaign content into thumb-stopping, performance-led creative for paid ads, organic social, CRM, and our website. You won't be shooting the content - but you'll be shaping and elevating it into on-brand assets that convert.

The Role
You'll work closely with our Head of Growth and Brand team to turn shoot assets and campaign content into thumb-stopping, performance-led creative for paid ads, organic social, CRM, and our website. You won't be shooting the content - but you'll be shaping and elevating it into on-brand assets that convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Take campaign and shoot assets and turn them into polished creative for organic and paid social, email, and web
- Use your creative expertise to maximise the output from shoot assets, UGC and COAT content
- Edit Reels and short-form video to a high, professional standard
- Work with the Head of Growth to develop multiple paid ad formats for A/B testing and iteration
- Apply and uphold COAT's distinctive visual identity and tone
- Repurpose content for different platforms and formats (Reels, stories, carousels, email headers, homepage slots, etc.)
Requirements
What You'll Need
- A strong portfolio of edited creative content - particularly short-form and ad-focused
- Professional-level skills in long-form video editing as well as asset creation for ad platforms (Reels, paid ads, social-first formats)
- A keen eye for design, layout, colour, and detail in line with an established brand
- Understanding of Meta ad formats and how they perform in-market
- Confidence using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, Figma (and bonus: Descript or CapCut)
- Ability to work independently and deliver regular creative batches to a brief, as well as contributing your own thoughts and creative expertise
- Freelance, 2 days per week (with scope to grow)
- Remote-friendly, with access to our Soho studio if you fancy it
- Day rate to be discussed based on experience
