Role Description & Compensation
This is a contract-based remote role for a Freelance Client Partner specializing in Outreach & Communication. This is a performance-based, commission-only position designed for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives on networking and closing deals.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing initial client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will earn a highly competitive percentage of every project fee for clients you successfully bring to the agency.
Key Responsibilities
* Outreach: Actively identify and engage with startups and scale-ups across Europe.
* Sales & Conversion: Pitch OUF’s premium branding and design services to decision-makers.
* Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding and project execution phases.
* Strategy: Assist in executing communication plans to enhance client satisfaction and brand development.
Qualifications
* Sales & Consulting: Proven experience in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Account Management: Strong skills in client engagement and relationship building.
* Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setup.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with branding, design, or creative industries is a significant advantage.
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal abilities and professional fluency in English.
* Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and timelines.
