Sensory Design is seeking a high-level Freelance Client Advisor to support the transformation of qualified leads into structured commercial proposals and high-value deals.

Responsibilities
- Receive and manage qualified leads from the internal team or lead generators
- Independently organise and conduct briefing calls with prospects
- Analyse client needs and translate them into tailored service proposals
- Collaborate with production and leadership (when necessary) to refine offers
- Own the proposal and negotiation process up to contract acceptance
- Experience in marketing strategy, consulting, or selling complex services
- Ability to work independently with a client-first mindset
- Fluency in English and fluency in Italian or German are mandatory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strong understanding of marketing and solutions is a plus
- Compensation based on closed deals: percentage on net or gross value, depending on the type of service
- Full autonomy over client interaction, briefing structure and time management
- Possibility to contribute to complex, innovative digital projects
