This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of a pioneering adventure travel agency dedicated to ethical and immersive journeys. As the lead visual storyteller, you will oversee the creation, curation, and delivery of cinematic content that captures the spirit of conscious travel. You will collaborate with international creatives, ensuring all visual narratives align with the brand’s values of authenticity, cultural respect, and sustainability. The position is remote, part-time, and contract-based, ideal for a senior creative professional seeking a long-term collaboration to make a meaningful impact in the travel sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of cinematic content for website, social media, and promotional campaigns
• Shape and maintain a consistent visual language that reflects the brand’s ethos and mission
• Direct and coordinate a network of international creatives, providing clear guidance and feedback
• Oversee the end-to-end production process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high standards and timely completion
• Curate and edit visual narratives that highlight ethical, immersive travel experiences
• Collaborate closely with the founder and internal team to align creative output with strategic goals
• Ensure all content is culturally sensitive, ethically produced, and community-focused
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in cinematography, video editing, and visual storytelling, preferably within the travel or lifestyle sector
• Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative construction and creative leadership
• Experience managing creative teams and remote collaborators
• Deep understanding of ethical storytelling, cultural sensitivity, and community engagement
• Proficiency with industry-standard video editing and production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project needs
