Responsibilities
- Identify and research target prospects (primarily in the DACH region and Italy)
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and other direct channels with personalised, high-converting messages
- Qualify leads according to the BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing)
- Schedule initial briefings with the Jeenka team, transferring full context via CRM or internal format
- Operate independently with ownership of your outreach strategy and schedule
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in digital services or tech/SaaS
- Ability to work autonomously and structure your workflow
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Italian or German are mandatory
- Strong written communication skills, especially in outreach messaging
- Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach tools
- Understanding digital services (web, marketing, AI, automation) is a strong asset
- Performance-based fee: fixed amount per qualified lead (BANT) + success bonus on closed deals
