Role Description
Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchise performance. The goal here is to work with the new owners to start to get them off on the right footing. Then additionally to work with the struggling locations. We are looking to add a business coach as well and you will coordinate with that person in this regard--you don't have to do it all!
Collaborate with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards.
Monitor financial performance and implement improvements to achieve business goals.
You can work remotely as our CRM system is cloud-based. This can be full or part time.
Leading and motivating owners to achieve sales and operational targets.
Developing and fostering positive relationships with franchisees.
Conducting regular performance assessments and implementing improvement plans.
Developing and executing strategies to increase franchise profitability.
Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.
Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises.
Qualifications
- Brand Management and Marketing Strategy skills
- Experience in managing franchise relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational and project management skills
- Experience in the franchise mobile business is helpful
