Key Responsibilities

Qualifications We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in VP/C-suite roles or equivalent senior leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and business operations.
- Exceptional communication & influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and compliance (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
