About Hardman Design
Hardman Design is a premium furniture brand creating sculptural, design-led pieces for residential and commercial spaces. We operate globally across the US, UK, and Europe, working at the intersection of craftsmanship and contemporary design.
We’ve built strong brand foundations, invested in PR and paid media, and are now looking for a senior operator to bring greater clarity, structure, and direction as we grow.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Define a clear commercial growth strategy
- Connect paid media, creative, CRM, and brand into one system
- Translate brand and PR visibility into consistent demand
- Oversee performance marketing with a strong CAC/LTV lens
- Guide and challenge external agencies
- Work closely with founders to prioritize what matters most

- Initial focus: audit + 90-day plan
