We are building a curated 10x commercial leadership capability to support multiple fast-scaling European technology organizations moving from opportunistic growth to structured, repeatable revenue expansion.

These companies have product-market fit and early traction. What they require is not a sales manager. They need senior commercial architects who can design scalable revenue engines, align sales and marketing, and professionalize go-to-market execution across markets.

This is not a single vacancy.

This is a selective addition to a high-level commercial leadership bench supporting multiple environments.

The Mandate

As part of the 10x Team, you may be deployed to design and execute scalable commercial architectures across high-growth environments.

Your focus is execution.

You Will Architect Repeatable Revenue Engines That Include

  • Go-to-market strategy aligned with growth stage and market positioning
  • Commercial organization design including sales structure, role clarity, and incentive models
  • Pipeline architecture and forecasting frameworks
  • Pricing and packaging strategy
  • Enterprise sales motion design and deal governance
  • Sales performance metrics and revenue dashboards
  • Marketing and sales alignment frameworks
  • Channel and partnership strategy where relevant
  • Customer expansion and retention strategy
  • Revenue predictability models and board-level reporting
  • Commercial narrative development for investors and strategic partners

The objective is to transform fragmented revenue efforts into a scalable commercial platform with predictable, repeatable growth mechanics.

Who We Are Looking For

Senior-level Commercial Leaders With

  • 10+ years experience in revenue leadership roles
  • Proven experience scaling commercial organizations in technology or high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales, enterprise deal cycles, and recurring revenue models
  • Experience operating at executive and board level
  • Strong analytical and strategic capability combined with execution focus
  • An execution mindset

Languages: Dutch and English required

Engagement Model

  • Contract-based
  • 8–20 hours per week indicative
  • Combination of strategic sessions and remote execution
  • Potential deployment across multiple client environments
