- Commercial organization design including sales structure, role clarity, and incentive models
- Pipeline architecture and forecasting frameworks
- Pricing and packaging strategy
- Enterprise sales motion design and deal governance
- Sales performance metrics and revenue dashboards
- Marketing and sales alignment frameworks
- Channel and partnership strategy where relevant
- Customer expansion and retention strategy
- Revenue predictability models and board-level reporting
- Commercial narrative development for investors and strategic partners
Who We Are Looking For
Senior-level Commercial Leaders With
- 10+ years experience in revenue leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling commercial organizations in technology or high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of B2B sales, enterprise deal cycles, and recurring revenue models
- Experience operating at executive and board level
- Strong analytical and strategic capability combined with execution focus
- An execution mindset
