🚀 Founding Sales Executive (Nordics) at Waytobill
We’re not hiring a typical salesperson. We’re hiring someone who wants to build, own, and shape how sales is done. Waytobill is on a mission to transform how companies handle invoicing and payment flows – and we’re now looking for a Founding Sales Executive to drive our expansion across the Nordics.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle across the Nordic region – from first touch to signed deal
- Build and drive your own pipeline (this is not an “inbound-only” role)
- Lead complex, high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise customers
- Work directly with leadership to shape our sales strategy and GTM motion
- Turn insights from the market into product and commercial improvements
Who you are
- You have a strong track record in B2B sales (SaaS / FinTech preferred)
- You’re comfortable running complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- You don’t wait for structure – you create it
- You think like an owner and act like one
- You’re highly driven, but also pragmatic and collaborative
- You communicate fluently in English (Nordic language is a plus)
- Experience from the insurance industry is a strong plus
