The Mission
Enterprise support is broken. In high-stakes environments, “searching for answers” is a failure state that costs millions. Numtera is an AI-native operating system designed to turn fragmented tribal knowledge into automated execution.
The Role
This is a high-autonomy, partner-style role. You will work directly with the founder to build the GTM engine, from discovery to close, in complex enterprise environments.

Compensation & Structure
- Aggressive commission on closed contract value
- Paid on collected revenue
- Independent contractor / partner basis (not employment)
- Exceptional performers may be considered for early employee or equity-based roles as the company scales
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable selling to enterprise / B2B customers
- Able to operate independently as a contractor or via an umbrella company
- Strong communication and discovery skills
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation and early-stage ambiguity
Partners operate independently, set their own working hours, and may work with other clients provided no conflict of interest exists.
