We’re looking for a Founding GTM Account Executive to take full ownership of revenue generation at Prospexs.
This is not a “join a sales team” role.
This is a build the sales machine from zero role.
You will:
- Own the full sales cycle (from outbound to close)
- Work directly with the founders
- Help define ICP, messaging, and sales motion
- Turn early traction into repeatable revenue
This role is commission-only with meaningful equity, designed for someone who wants upside, ownership, and impact—not just a salary.
- Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals end-to-end
- Run discovery that actually uncovers business pain (not surface-level needs)
- Position Prospexs based on real commercial impact
- Close deals with founders, sales leaders, and revenue teams
- Build and execute outbound strategies (LinkedIn, email, referrals)
- Test messaging and iterate quickly based on response
- Identify high-conviction verticals and segments
- Build your own pipeline from scratch
Work closely with founders to refine:
- ICP definition
- Value proposition
- Pricing model
- Sales narrative
Bring structured feedback from:
- Lost deals
- Objections
- Market signals
Help define what “good” looks like:
- Sales process
- Qualification frameworks
- Demo structure
- Objection handling
- Lay the foundation for future hires and scaling
- You are responsible for closing revenue—not just generating activity
- Focus on high-quality deals, not vanity metrics
- Operate with a founder mindset: urgency, accountability, ownership
This role is designed for someone who:
- Wants to earn based on performance, not salary caps
- Is comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy
- Has the confidence to sell without brand leverage or case studies
- Sees early-stage risk as an opportunity, not a blocker
- Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS, services, or high-ticket solutions)
- Track record of closing deals end-to-end
- Strong outbound capabilities (you don’t rely on inbound)
- Ability to run high-quality discovery and position value clearly
- High ownership mindset—you don’t wait for instructions
- Experience in early-stage startups or building GTM from scratch
- Background in sales tools, lead generation, or RevTech
- Familiarity with modern outbound (personalization, signal-based selling)
- Network within B2B sales, growth, or revenue teams
- Commission-only structure (high % per closed deal)

In your first 90 days:
- You’ve closed your first deals
