About CoHostly
CoHostly is a growing SaaS company focused on building software and systems that solve real operational problems in the rental car space. We are looking for a high-level operator who can help turn a fast-moving company into a more structured, scalable business.
This is not a normal job. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up and work directly with the founder to drive execution, growth, and long-term value.
About the role
We are hiring a Founding General Manager / Operating Partner to help lead execution across the business. This person will help bring structure, accountability, and momentum to CoHostly while taking a major load off the founder.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in operations, growth, sales support, team coordination, and making things happen in early-stage environments.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Help run day-to-day execution across the business
- Build structure, systems, and accountability around priorities
- Coordinate projects across product, operations, sales, and growth
- Work closely with the founder to turn ideas into execution
- Help manage contractors, remote team members, and key initiatives
- Support customer onboarding, retention, and feedback loops
- Help identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and keep the company moving fast
- Create visibility around KPIs, priorities, and weekly progress
- Contribute to growth efforts including partnerships, outbound support, and business development initiatives
Who we’re looking for
- Strong operator with experience in startups, SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or high-growth businesses
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Able to work directly with a founder and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communicator who can manage moving pieces and drive progress
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats across ops, growth, sales support, and team coordination
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to solve problems without constant direction
- Serious about building, not just collecting a paycheck
Preferred background
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage company
- Experience in business operations, product operations, general management, chief of staff, or growth
- Experience helping scale teams, systems, or revenue
- Experience managing remote teams or contractors
- Bonus if you have experience in SaaS, fintech, automotive, fleet, or marketplace businesses
What success looks like
In the first 90 days, you should be able to:
- create more structure and accountability across the business
- improve execution speed
- organize priorities and workflows
- help move key growth and product initiatives forward
- increase revenue and sales
- make the company easier to run and easier to scale
Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience and background. This role includes base compensation with performance-based upside. Long-term incentive or equity potential may be available for the right person after proven execution.
