As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will work directly with the CEO across the most critical areas of the company—operations, product, customer experience, and strategic execution. You will have a front-row seat to how a high-growth company is built and scaled.
This role is designed for individuals who want to learn fast, take ownership early, and operate in high-stakes environments.
What You’ll DoYou will operate as an extension of the CEO—driving clarity, execution, and momentum across the organization.
- Own Execution: Drive follow-ups across teams to ensure priorities move forward without friction
- Operate the Day-to-Day: Manage and optimize CEO calendar, priorities, and workflows
- Customer & Market Exposure: Join customer calls, synthesize feedback, and translate insights into action
- Special Projects: Lead high-impact, ambiguous projects across product, operations, and growth
- Product & Strategy Support: Break down problems, structure thinking, and contribute to decision-making
- Communication Hub: Act as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Recent graduate (Engineering or equivalent analytical background preferred)
- Extremely high ownership and bias for action
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Detail-oriented but able to zoom out and think strategically
- Willing to do whatever it takes to get things done
