This is not a typical entry-level role.

As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will work directly with the CEO across the most critical areas of the company—operations, product, customer experience, and strategic execution. You will have a front-row seat to how a high-growth company is built and scaled.

This role is designed for individuals who want to learn fast, take ownership early, and operate in high-stakes environments.

What You’ll Do

You will operate as an extension of the CEO—driving clarity, execution, and momentum across the organization.

  • Own Execution: Drive follow-ups across teams to ensure priorities move forward without friction
  • Operate the Day-to-Day: Manage and optimize CEO calendar, priorities, and workflows
  • Customer & Market Exposure: Join customer calls, synthesize feedback, and translate insights into action
  • Special Projects: Lead high-impact, ambiguous projects across product, operations, and growth
  • Product & Strategy Support: Break down problems, structure thinking, and contribute to decision-making
  • Communication Hub: Act as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Who You Are
  • Recent graduate (Engineering or equivalent analytical background preferred)
  • Extremely high ownership and bias for action
  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Detail-oriented but able to zoom out and think strategically
  • Willing to do whatever it takes to get things done
