Beglaubigt.de is rebuilding this infrastructure from the ground up: digital-first, API-ready, and designed to operate at internet speed. The Role
You will work directly with the founders on growth, marketing operations, and revenue-driving initiatives.
This is not a pure “marketing internship.” It is a founder-side growth operator role.
You will:
- Support performance marketing initiatives and experiments
- Analyze funnel metrics, cohorts, and conversion drivers
- Optimize lead generation across channels (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Maintain and improve CRM structures (HubSpot)
- Support automation workflows (e.g., Make)
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and decision materials
- Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey
- Help turn data into actionable growth initiatives

Background

- Evidence of initiative (projects, ventures, leadership)
Top university background (e.g., HSG, WHU, TUM, LMU, etc.) is a plus.
