Key responsibilities

  • Design cycling footwear that reflects QUOC’s design language while responding to market insights, sales feedback, and real-world rider testing
  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure designs align with both performance goals and commercial objectives
  • Develop and maintain line plans, concepts, and detailed technical packs
  • Create sketches, renderings, and prototypes to clearly communicate design intent
  • Work directly with manufacturing partners to ensure designs are realised accurately and to a high standard
  • Research materials, construction methods, and industry trends to inform future product development
  • Refine and evolve designs based on feedback from internal teams, athletes, and customers


Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, industrial design, or a related field preferred
  • Strong interest in cycling, performance footwear, and outdoor sports
  • Proven creative flair with the ability to develop original, considered design solutions
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
  • Ability to work at pace while carefully documenting design iterations and refinements
  • Excellent visual communication skills and proficiency in relevant design software
  • A collaborative team player who values open communication, transparency, and constructive feedback
  • Strong interest in Cycling and Outdoor Sports
  • Remote - Preferably based in the UK but flexible to receive applications from those outside of the UK.
