We are a Dubai-based football agency and player management company looking to expand our scouting network in Sweden.
Position: Football Scout – Sweden
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify talented youth and professional football players across Sweden.
* Attend matches, tournaments, and training sessions.
* Prepare scouting reports and player evaluations.
* Build relationships with clubs, coaches, and local football contacts.
* Recommend players suitable for international opportunities and transfers.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Swedish football and youth development systems.
* Existing network within Swedish clubs, academies, or football communities.
* Ability to assess player performance and potential.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Previous scouting, coaching, or football management experience is an advantage.
