Position: Fixed Income & Credit Expert
Type: Part-time
Compensation: $100 – $200/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Seed AI models with diverse and unstructured finance data, including real-world spreadsheets and ambiguous financial inputs.
- Collaborate with finance contributors to collect and curate datasets used for AI model training.
- Evaluate and normalize partial models and documentation, improving structure and clarity over time.
- Guide the structuring of messy or incomplete financial data flows for initial AI model seeding.
- Document processes and insights clearly through written and verbal communication.
- Test and review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance within fixed income and credit domains.
- Reconstruct or extend incomplete financial artifacts to improve model training quality.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in fixed income and credit markets with hands-on experience in finance or financial data analysis.
- Solid understanding of AI fundamentals and training concepts related to real-world financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working with ambiguous inputs and evolving project requirements.
- Experience handling large, unstructured financial datasets and converting them into usable training data.
- Collaborative mindset with proactive knowledge sharing and team engagement.
- Ability to work effectively with teams across US, Canada, UK, or EU time zones.
