Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for finance, banking, and investment roles.
- Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery on hiring objectives.
- Apply data-driven human recruitment methodologies to source and assess finance talent.
- Analyze and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously.
- Produce clear reports and written updates to support stakeholder decision making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance, banking, investment, or accounting.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
