Position: Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A)

We are currently looking for a Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) to join our Finance Team remotely from Canada, and to be part of our incredible growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, partnering with stakeholders to consolidate departmental inputs into a cohesive company-wide plan.
- Manage recurring forecasts, incorporating updated results, trends, and business insights.
- Own commission reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate calculations, timely delivery, and clear communication with internal teams.
- Produce monthly reporting packages and variance analyses that highlight performance drivers and actionable insights.
- Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support leadership in evaluating new initiatives, pricing changes, growth opportunities, and cost-efficiency strategies.
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Revenue Operations, Sales, and other business units to ensure alignment across financial and operational metrics.
- Responsible for the monthly revenue reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or related analytical roles.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (Excel or Google Sheets), including multi-variable forecasting, cohort modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, revenue modeling, and key financial metrics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technical aptitude and ability to work with large datasets; comfort building reports and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline and revenue data a plus.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Qlik a plus.
- Prior exposure to subscription-based or performance-marketing business models.
