What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting bordereaux / BDX finance processing and reconciliation
- Managing core finance tasks within Xero
- Supporting month-end close processes
- Assisting with management accounts and KPI reporting
- Helping improve finance processes as the business scales
What They’re Looking For:
- 2+ years minimum experience in finance assistant / junior analyst / assistant accountant role
- Xero or similar cloud accounting system experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, data handling)
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident working across teams
- Ideally we want this candidate to be based near Bristol, to come to the office 1 or 2 times a month.
Nice to have:
- Working toward AAT / ACCA / CIMA
- Insurance or financial services exposure
